Rules and guidelines for using the Cnipbotics platform, LMS, and community features responsibly and safely.

The Cnipbotics platform — including the website, LMS, community forums, project gallery, and WhatsApp support groups — is designed to support robotics education for students, teachers, and schools. This policy ensures the platform remains safe, respectful, and productive for all users, especially students aged 12–16.
You may use the Platform to: (a) access and complete Cnipbotics courses and projects; (b) upload student project submissions, photos, and code; (c) participate in community forums and discussions; (d) share feedback and suggestions with the Cnipbotics team; (e) access teacher resources, curriculum materials, and support documentation.
You may not use the Platform to: (a) harass, bully, or intimidate other users, including students and teachers; (b) post offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or violent content; (c) share personal information of other users (especially minors) without consent; (d) distribute spam, phishing links, or malware; (e) impersonate another person, school, or organization; (f) use automated bots or scripts to access the Platform; (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems; (h) redistribute or resell Cnipbotics curriculum materials without authorization.
Given that our primary users are school students, we enforce strict safety standards: (a) adult users (teachers, administrators) must not directly message individual students outside of school-managed channels; (b) student profile information is limited and not publicly visible; (c) project submissions are moderated before appearing in public galleries; (d) any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
When uploading project submissions, forum posts, or comments, you retain ownership of your content but grant Cnipbotics a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform and in promotional materials (with consent for student content). You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Violations of this policy may result in: (a) content removal; (b) temporary suspension of account access; (c) permanent account termination; (d) reporting to school administration or law enforcement where applicable. Cnipbotics reserves the right to take action at our discretion to maintain the safety and integrity of the Platform.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, report it immediately to safety@cnipbotics.com. For urgent safety concerns involving students, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 XXXXX XXXXX. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours and kept confidential.
