Copyright / DMCA Policy
How we protect our intellectual property and how to report alleged copyright infringement on the Cnipbotics platform.
Last updated: March 15, 2026
1. Intellectual Property Ownership
All curriculum materials, lesson plans, project guides, circuit diagrams, code examples, teacher manuals, assessment templates, branding, logos, and software on the Cnipbotics platform are the intellectual property of CNIPPET Robotics or its licensors. These materials are protected by Indian copyright law and international intellectual property treaties.
2. Permitted Use
School Partners and licensed users may: (a) use curriculum materials within their institution for enrolled students; (b) print project guides and lab report templates for classroom use; (c) display Cnipbotics content on school projectors and LMS during sessions. Users may not: (a) reproduce, redistribute, or resell curriculum materials to third parties; (b) upload curriculum content to public websites or social media; (c) modify, translate, or create derivative works without written permission; (d) remove copyright notices from any materials.
3. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on the Cnipbotics platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Copyright Agent at legal@cnipbotics.com with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the URL or location of the infringing content on our platform; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; (f) your physical or electronic signature.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with: (a) identification of the removed content; (b) a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake; (c) your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of Indian courts. We will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
5. Repeat Infringers
Cnipbotics will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. We maintain records of infringement notices and take escalating action — first warning, temporary suspension, then permanent termination.
6. Student Work & Projects
Student projects created using Cnipbotics kits and curriculum remain the intellectual property of the student and their school. Cnipbotics may request permission to feature student projects (photos, videos, code) on our website, social media, or marketing materials — always with school and parental consent, and proper attribution.
