Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every school and student to have a great experience. Here's how our refund and cancellation process works.

1. One-Term Risk-Free Trial
For schools enrolling in the School Program or Lab Setup tier, we offer a one-term risk-free trial. Run the first term of Class 7 (18 sessions). If your teachers and students are not satisfied with the curriculum and kit quality, contact us within 7 days of term completion for a full refund of the program fee. Kits must be returned in working condition. This trial applies to the first enrollment only.
2. Kit Returns & Exchanges
Defective kits: If any kit arrives with defective or missing components, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship replacement components or a full replacement kit at no cost.
Unopened kits: Unopened, unused kits in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs.
Used kits: Once a kit has been opened and used in a classroom session, it is not eligible for return. Individual component replacements are available through our spare parts program.
3. School Program Cancellation
School Partners may cancel an active program by providing 30 days written notice to their Cnipbotics account manager. Upon cancellation: (a) access to the LMS and digital curriculum is revoked at the end of the current billing period; (b) physical kits and printed materials already delivered remain with the school; (c) any prepaid fees for undelivered terms will be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 business days.
4. Individual Course / LMS Subscriptions
Individual users who purchase LMS access or online courses may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if they have completed less than 20% of the course content. Refund requests are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund: (a) teacher training workshops that have already been conducted; (b) custom lab design and setup services once installation has begun; (c) digital certificates of completion once issued; (d) kits with missing or damaged components due to student misuse (covered under spare parts, not refund).
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@cnipbotics.com with your order number, school name, and reason for the refund request. Our team will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
